@Keir_Starmer Why don't you also acknowledge Wayne Broadhurst and Rhiannon Whyte? They were both murdered by illegal migrants your Government allowed into the country, so surely you must have something to say?
@davidwheldrake@harrymichR@acunilicali Yes. The only thing that matters is City getting promoted, not a day out at Wembley. If it comes via lawyers rather than the players I'm fine with that.
๐จ If Middlesbrough play in Saturday's play-off final & fail to secure promotion, they could yet launch legal action against Southampton for disruption of their preparations #saintsfc@TimesSport
Yep Boro have known since the 11th they would play us and prepared accordingly.
We find out on the 19th we play Boro, 4 days ahead of the game. Fucking joke.

@TristarAlpha 100%. Potentially they also spied during the regular season which Boro seem confident of.
The only thing that matters to City is promotion. I have no issue with losing a day out at Wembley, and risking defeat, if we are sent up by default.
Incredibly Dykes, Adams and Stewart got 17 goals and 8 assists COMBINED this season (from 80 games).
The exact same number of goals and assists that McBurnie got HIMSELF in 39 games. #hcafc
@bbcburnsy@AndyBurgess539 Same, and I don't think there is one. The main thing is that City go up, and if that comes without kicking a ball so be it. But that would mean players and fans not getting the Wembley trip and lost money on transport/hotels etc.
Likewise, it's an unbelievable mess that will probably end in litigation. A horrible situation for the EFL.
But Boro have known since May 11th they would play us in the final if they got there. We could be finding out we've got Boro on May 19th which is completely unfair on City.
@bbcburnsy@AndyBurgess539 That puts us at a huge disadvantage though Burnsy. A change of opponent probably 4 days before the game isn't acceptable. Would we then have legal recourse should Boro beat us?
The only solution if Southampton systemically cheated is to expel them and send us up.
