Still no word from @nextofficial after they took £1000 out of my account after telling me my payment had been declined.

When it takes 13 phone calls to @nextofficial to change a sofa order, then they charge the amount 4 times over and still tell you it's been declined. Then the lead time goes up 5 weeks whilst they're busy laughing with your money. Absolutely ridiculous.
