He also calls back the emergency worker who provided the tip, who is waiting for the call promising more money, and tells them the fake will has a do-not-resuscitate order. The emergency worker then knows a much bigger tip is coming. Then Harvey calls—or gets a call from—the coroner, who is also paid for tips, to fall in line with the story Harvey/TMZ has shaped and will break. Harvey asks the coroner to do a second take on his coroner report for the camera. Harvey/TMZ are not news; they are a murder and embezzlement reality show, and what I describe here spans out into a wider net.
