'Fergard' comes from an old RPG called "Rage Of Mages", or "Allods" (https://t.co/X5r0dLM0Ac). You could chose between 4 characters, and one of them was called Fergard. I really liked the name and took it as my nickname.

Was (and still is) pretty unique.
