So disappointed. Have had a terrible broad band connection, was stood up by an engineer for repairs, so requested to leave and now have a threat that I need to pay @skyuk £381 pounds for the privilege of leaving. You are bullies

@BABYZENstroller I have had a really bad experience, leaving me out of pocket for quite alot of money. Is this how you treat all of your customers. Some feedback at least would be useful
@DHLParcelUK I would just like to know why the delivery was not made when I was told it would be. It wasted time and energy, and the explanation for it not being delivered was inadequate. I collected the parcel from a service point now.
@DHLParcelUK why did you do this? Waited home all day and now you tell me you can't deliver to my address. I wasted time and lost money on this, and ruined a birthday surprise. So disappointing, you make me sad.
