@Sharkque92@BrianEntin We can agree to disagree. I think prosecutors should have gotten more- at least murder weapon location and some answers as to why. Never see a plea this easy for such serious crimes and when the evidence is as deep as this.
You’re off on this one @stephenasmith Kap took a political stance and stuck with his personal beliefs and lost a job he had already earned. What is Shedeur standing for? He hasn’t earned his job yet either. It’s got everything to do with the lack of respect he gave the NFL and the attention Deon brings that a lot of teams would rather not deal with
@CoffindafferFBI Big question is why didn’t he go back for the sheath? He had to have noticed he left it before he left the house. Such a big knife to carry without the sheath- draws the question how did he transport it back? And where? Surely blood all over it.
@labyrinthbuddie@BrianEntin Just remember the prosecution must prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. Defense can and will cast doubt on each piece of evidence and leave it up to the jury.
@CoffindafferFBI He wasn’t a lone actor. He was on the phone with someone shortly before it happened. He was not from NY but had a clear plan to get in and out quickly and undetected. The type of gun he used was specific, and apparently very rare.
@stoolpresidente Need a Ms. Peaches w/ Yankees collaboration. Beware of Dogs with Soto, Judge, and Ms. Peaches on a T Shirt. Can link you with a few no kill shelters in NYC that could use the proceeds @BarstoolNYC@stoolpresidente
A few things:
[1] Keep in mind “Reasonable doubt” and “probative vs. Prejudicial” whenever we get snippets of what kind of evidence we’re getting information released on.
[2] Reasonable for a person to drive/run around at night- prob not reasonable to drive how fast he had been driving - certaily hope prosecutors compare his normal driving habits to that night.
[3] I am not buying the whole looking at stars/moon/ whatever that night because I’m pretty sure it was either about to snow or had just snowed and would have been cloudy (I could be completely wrong).
[4] if he often took photos during his night drives why didn’t he take photos that night/why was his phone turned off at times.
[5]This alibi statement admits BK is in shape since he often hikes/jogs. Weakens/contradicts any defense about him not being physically fit enough to commit such murders in the manner/time
[6] (probably) most importantly, there are no witnesses to corroborate his alibi; although defense counsel seems to point that there is possibly exculpatory evidence that still hasn’t been exchanged with her that does go along with BK alibi. Remember both sides are obligated to exchange both exculpatory and inculpatory evidence even if it hurts their case
