I will be taking this one by one and I will be applying it to our physical and real world settings
1.) How to hunt for Jobs
When you are Hunting for jobs it means you finding projects that you would love to work it or block chain you will like to explore, there are different ways to hunt for Jobs which are
a. Dex screener
b. CMC (Coin Market Cap)
c. X (Twitter)
d. Linkedin
e. Reddit

In the real world aspect hunting for jobs basically means you going out to finding a job or a vacancy where you can work

2.) How to Pitch for Jobs
When you are Pitching for Jobs it means the way you present yourself to the dev the founder there are ways you can pitch to a dev
a. The comment pitching:- It means you giving the a good, professional and eye catching reply on the project post it would be like a nice comment and a pitching
b. A Thread pitching:- it means writing a good write up about the project so as to gain the attention of the project for them to give you a follow back or a DM
c. A DM pitching:- it means you sending a private message to the dev about partnership and collateral to move the project to the next level

In the real world aspect pitching for Jobs means you going for interview after finding a job or vacancy to see if you are qualified for the position

3.) How to Secure Jobs:- Securing job is the main part Web³ Jobbers do have issues with because they do promise what they can't offer, which is making Devs think we Nigeria are scammers because of failed promises they would be making when pitching for a post
There is only one way to secure a Job is by fulfilling your promise and performing your given tasks effectively

In the real world aspect Securing Job means you being able to adapt and survive without getting fired or saked for incompetence

1. Never promise a Dev what you can't offer
2. Dev are also human like you so they can Reason
