@LloydsBank The company posed as a charity. When she rang the actual company's helpline the man she spoke to apologised to her and said they've had so many complaints saying the same thing. As I said it's not a direct debit
@LloydsBank Youre missing the point. Shes only struggling because of people taking money from her bank that shouldn't. Why can't she get it back and why can't you stop them taking it again? She's been on the phone all morning and got nowhere
And LAUGHED at on the phone! The people that deal with their should be ashamed if themselves while she sits at home terrified they'll do the same thing again next month. So what happens now??
@SSE had a pay and go meter last week. Was told 2 days for a card. Now I have no gas. No card. No way to top up. Tried ringing every helpline and getting nothing but tech difficulty messages then the phone gets put down. I can't cook. I can't have a shower and I have no heating!
@YourSSE @SSE Tried already toby. I got nowhere. Now im being told the helpline is only open until 5pm. I've never known such incompetence. My only option is to change tarrif
