No membership for Ukraine, NATO says it "isn't ready."
Last year, Macron called this alliance "brain dead." Now it's alive, kicking and expanding. It's got two new members in a year. The West is feeding its military industrial complex. Zelensky is going viral for a photo that shows him friendless. And Russia is threatening "world war III."
What does NATO want now? It mentions China 16 times in its joint statement. More turbulence ahead...

The trigger for the Russia-Ukraine war was Kyiv's desire to join NATO. They were led on, they've been fighting for 500+ days, and now the US says they can't join yet.
So, Kyiv can have American support, money and weapons, but not NATO membership.
Moral of the story? US support was not for Ukraine. It was against Russia. And that's not the same.
