Just discovered that my tenant's bill in Area 15 is just over K200,000.00. I'm told the tenant last paid in May 2021 and that, even then, did not clear the balance. How come the water supply was not disconnected all this time? Tenant is leaving end of the month!

Yesterday, I reached out to our area representative, Hon. Grace Kwelepeta, M.P. We had a constructive discussion on issues about her constituency and possible areas of collaboration. Agreed to meet when I get back home next time.

Tested positive for COVID-19 on 23 July and had to reschedule my international travel that weekend. A week later, I tested negative: thanks to God the Almighty; the two AstraZeneca jabs I had received earlier; and, the support of family and friends!

Today, I was back to my old Primary school, Domasi CCAP, in Zomba District, southern Malawi. I delivered handwashing buckets, soap and sanitizers as part of my modest support in the fight against COVID-19.

I finally handed over officially, on 17 October, the 40 desks I committed to donating to my former primary school, Domasi CCAP Primary School. Part of the proceeds from the sale of my autobiographical book, The Rearview Mirror. Colourful ceremony, it was.
