We encourage the use of this strat (kekwxia) for P6S's Cachexia for consistency reasons. This is role specific for tank and healers as they will always get opposite debuffs with DPS being the exception. There is enough space for melees to be on the same side if needed for uptime

Prepositioning with this role strat will avoid any clipping from the 8s explosion on tanks and healers which will ease the recovery as well. This is perfectly safe and easy to execute. Please share it.
