I have taken a break from the #GDQuest modules. I've caught up with most of the 2D path so I've decided to up my coding skills by starting on https://t.co/JeHy5bfJ3D (https://t.co/7SvwVvMwyc)
So far I've already learned a lot!

I've started #GDQuest module 11!
I'm coming to a point where I don't necesarily have new things to share with how I am progressing.
Therefor I will not continue with daily updates from here on out.
I will update after finishing a module, or personal projects!

That's why I created this project.
It's not much and not very interesting unless you want to practice Greek grammar.
But I'm still proud!

This weekend I was busy with creating my very first project, just me!
It was very fun to finally do something all alone. No hints, No tips. Just figuring it out by myself.
Check the comments for more info about the project, the result and the code.

I am currently living in Greece and studying Greek here.
That's why I wanted to create a game/app where my classmates and me could practice the grammar we had to perform.
Popular websites like quizlet or whatever don't really give you a good option without having to pay.

Today I finished #GDQuest module 10!
There is an extended version but I think want to try and make my first own app before I continue.
So that is what I'm going to try and do this weekend!
Stay tuned for updates on my first project by myself!

Day 15 of the #GDQuest modules!
Today I added the teleporter to end the game and added an end screen.
I had lots of fun discovering how to do everything on my own without help and it was very rewarding when the end result worked out like it should!
Check it out in the video!

Day 14 of the #GDQuest modules! Still at module 10.
Today I added the chest that spawns the health pickup from yesterday. I also started on the level design!
Check it out!
Definitely feel like I'm starting to get the hang of it :)
See you tomorrow!

Day 13 has arrived!
Today in the #GDQuest module I added a healthpack to heal the player.
I decided to tinker around myself and added some animations and sounds, All by myself!
Very proud of my progress! Check it out :)
(The video has some sound delay unfortunately.. )

Day 12 is here and I am still in module 10 of the #GDQuest course!
Today I managed to add a health bar and the enemies and player can take damage and die.
I'm excited for tomorrow! See you there :)
#GameDev#Godot
Over the weekend I started #GDQuest module 10.
It's a lot more difficult without step-by-step help, but it's very rewarding!
This is how I managed so far:
-Player can move & shoot and arms pivot around the body.
-Enemy that follows the player
See you tomorrow!

I didn't have a lot of time today but I managed to finish the 9th #GDQuest module. I learned about raycasts and how to use them on the enemy AI to avoid some obstacles.
I won't have much time until Monday so updates will be sparse. But I hope to see you then!
