It much like how I don’t go into a financial forecasting meeting and shout “YOU’VE PREDICTED MARCH ALL WRONG!” Just because I prefer April to March as a time of year and have literally no financial training or expertise whatsoever, just an opinion, that has no relevance to how procedurally that meeting and judgement will be made.

We constantly have to make impossible decisions based on a legal frame work that we didn’t decide and those decisions are interpreted by magistrates and judges, who again have never been in these situations themselves.

We live in a perpetual Catch 22.
