It’s been a fantastic year for our Fuggle hop plant. This harvest will be hung in the rafters above the biomass boiler to dry before being rapid frozen for later use.
Monday morning in the office :-). Sorting the windfall apples into ones to be stored over winter in the barn and immediate usage into lovely apple sauce and chutneys.
