Another sunday mercy rule for the birds.

Brandon Barcenas’ dominance was unfathomable, striking out 16 batters over 6 innings. Brando threw just 77 pitches with 57 of those going for strikes.

We play back at home next weekend vs #7 UCF.

We kicked off away series versus Miami today with a BANG! Getting 4 home runs, 36 hits, and 26 runs in 2 games.

The Birds have won 7 in a row now and looking to take the series sweep tomorrow at 9:30am.

FGCU takes both games on Saturday, scoring 10 runs in Game 1 and winning on a walk-off single by Bryce Hayse in extra innings of game 2.

Bats came alive today, with Max Aizenshtat, Brandyn Gatenby, and Jake Wheeler all hitting home runs.
