FHESTATE is live.
Confidential state execution for public blockchains using fully homomorphic encryption.
Encrypted state persists.
Computation runs on ciphertext.
No plaintext during execution.
Everything is public:

Building encrypted state as infrastructure.
FROM THE DEV DIARIES // WEEK 23
This week marked a transition.
Phase 4 concluded.
Phase 5 began.
Most of the work happened below the surface:
• Execution Coordinator Refactor
• PDA State Synchronization
• Commitment Tracking
• Versioned State Transitions
• Structured Event Emission
• Protocol Observability
The kind of work users rarely see, but systems depend on.
We also joined Bill on @latenightonbase to discuss confidential infrastructure, MCP servers, autonomous systems, encrypted state, and where AI agents are heading next.
One thing becoming increasingly clear:
The future isn't just smarter agents.
It's applications, wallets, payments, treasury systems, and coordination layers built around them.
That's where we're headed.
Private by Default. ⚡

@Cryptinflux@latenightonbase@LNTVHQ Feels like we're all relearning software architecture in real time.
A lot of assumptions start changing once agents become part of the workflow.

PHASE 5 Roadmap
CONFIDENTIAL AGENT NETWORK
Most projects are building agents.
We're building the infrastructure, applications, and coordination layer they will operate on.
The vision extends beyond a single agent.
→ Applications
→ Wallets
→ Payments
→ Treasury Systems
→ Dashboards
→ Autonomous Agents
All connected through encrypted execution, shared confidential state, and verifiable on-chain outcomes.
Phase 5 focuses on expanding FHESTATE into a complete confidential ecosystem on Solana.
A network where agents can coordinate.
Applications can operate privately.
Treasuries can execute confidentially.
And users remain in control of their data.
One Network.
One Runtime.
Private by Default.
Powered by FHE.
AI agents will eventually need privacy for the same reason humans do.
Not just to protect assets.
To protect context, intent, memory, and decision making.

Advancing confidential runtime infrastructure:
• integrating distributed key-share orchestration across autonomous execution environments
• designing threshold authorization frameworks for multi-agent coordination and protected execution
• expanding encrypted state governance with policy-aware access controls and quorum validation layers
• refining secure ciphertext lifecycle management across generation, persistence, synchronization, and disclosure workflows
• optimizing confidential coordination primitives for next-generation autonomous systems on Solana
Building the foundations for encrypted execution at scale. ⚡
🎙️ FHESTATE LIVE TOMORROW
We'll be joining @LNTVHQ to discuss the infrastructure being built for the next generation of autonomous systems.
Topics include:
• FHESTATE MCP Server
• Confidential Agent Infrastructure
• Private Wallet Context
• Encrypted State Management
• Agent Coordination & Execution
• Privacy-Preserving AI Systems
• Solana, FHE, and the Future of Autonomous Agents
Over the past few months we've been focused on one question:
How do agents operate with memory, capital, workflows, and coordination without exposing everything publicly?
Looking forward to the conversation.

Current runtime work:
• implementing distributed key-share generation and threshold cryptography workflows for multi-party authorization
• developing quorum-based decryption protocols and policy-driven access control across encrypted execution environments
• building MPC-assisted ciphertext lifecycle management for secure creation, storage, rotation, and controlled disclosure of encrypted state
Confidential infrastructure in motion. ⚡
The architecture was the foundation. Today, the utility arrives.
For the past several months, we've been focused on building.
Not dashboards.
Not marketing campaigns.
Infrastructure.
Confidential execution environments
MCP integrations
Encrypted state management
Browser-side cryptography
Agent runtimes
Proof-linked workflows
Most infrastructure work goes unnoticed.
It's buried beneath the surface, invisible to users until something meaningful is built on top of it.
Today marks that transition.
Phase 4 introduces the first utility layer built on the foundations we've been developing across the FHESTATE ecosystem.
This is more than a feature release.
It's the beginning of turning architecture into real-world utility.
As AI agents evolve, the demands placed on execution environments evolve with them.
Agents need memory.
Agents need wallets.
Agents need context.
Agents need coordination.
And increasingly, they need the ability to operate without exposing every action, decision, workflow, and state transition by default.
The future of autonomous systems won't be defined solely by intelligence.
It will be defined by the infrastructure that enables intelligence to operate securely, privately, and at scale.
That future isn't built overnight.
It's built layer by layer.
Phase 4 is another step toward that vision.
A utility powered by the confidential execution, cryptographic tooling, and runtime infrastructure we've spent months designing and refining.
Explore it now: https://t.co/RpboElRUW0
This is only the beginning.
More utilities will follow.
More capabilities will emerge.
More pieces of the architecture will become visible.
Today, we take the next step.
Phase 4 Utility is Live

AI agents.
Feels like we're still very early.
Right now most of the conversation is around tool calling and integrations.
The harder questions show up later.
What happens when an agent has memory?
A wallet?
Capital?
The ability to make decisions and execute continuously?
That's when the focus shifts from the agent itself to the infrastructure underneath it.
Solana is betting on two categories in 2026: AI agents and perps.
But for now, only one of them has real infrastructure momentum.
The agentic side got a boost with PaySH, a CLI that lets AI agents pay for APIs directly through the x402 open payment protocol.
This works because Solana is fast and cheap enough for the microtransactions that agents need.
Perps is a different story.
Solana is #2 in onchain perps volume, but the volume is fragmented across @JupiterExchange, @gmtrade_xyz, @DriftProtocol, @FlashTrade, and other protocols.
There's no single product that represents "Solana perps" the way Hyperliquid represents onchain perps as a category. And unless Solana protocols start sharing liquidity or the UX converges, the category will stay fragmented.
The @perps handle is probably an attempt to create that unified identity at the chain level.
Which one do you think will define Solana in 2026?
