JET covered so much ground during our 2024 Annual Conference at Space Park Leicester. From delving into the theoretical framework of youth work, to a session on rocket propulsion with @UKSpaceAcademy, there was a clear focus on expanding our reach and impact for all young people.

Hugely inspiring to meet @astro_meganne during a Blue Skies session at @RAL_Space_STFC y’day. The students (and adults!) were in awe and quizzed Meganne about space exploration and her adventures in Antarctica. We were lucky to film with Meganne too - 🎬coming soon!

Holyhead students took part in a fascinating careers day at @RAF_Valley, hosted by @AffinityFts. Students explored the school-to-work transition, discussed ambitions, and heard from Affinity staff about their own career paths.

The key takeaway? Success isn’t always linear.

Wow! What dedication from an incredible bunch of University Air Squadron students, changing young lives through their fundraising efforts and taking on some pretty epic challenges along the way (100 miles on a Peleton bike is next level 🥵!). Thank you all 👏👏!

Together, UAS teams raised over £4,000 for JET, emerging as some of our top fundraisers in this year's ride.🏆
