just saw odyssey again this time in a normal theater, not 70mm like my first time. it was just as if not more beautiful because i can take in the visuals knowing what happens. and i didnt think about the format at all. the picture felt vertical enough. any format anxiety you may have should be disregarded imo, if you wanna watch it, watch it however you can! the movie was even better the 2nd time around as expected

The Odyssey was a masterpiece. I got in without watching any trailer and it was indeed absolute cinema, especially considering the state of movies in today's times. No green screen bullshit.. Grand scale, superb sound design, and an epic tale that's well acted by Matt and others.

Classic missions and the campaign flashback were a fun twist for my run. Id Software imo deliveries a top tier DOOM with this DLC but it closes out the trilogy perfectly. I am wondering what they will do next.

DOOM: The Dark Ages - Revelations DLC finally done this past weekend. It was awesome but damn that secret boss was testing me. Gameplay is a mix of Eternal with TDA gameplay by having both the shield and the newly added spear (adds two dashes + other frantic attacks). Loved it 🔥
