Hi Everyone. After over 2 years, @HisenseSA still cannot provide me a spare rubber seal for my @HisenseSA oven. They keep telling me to mail some email addresses, and the addresses says that they will let me know when the part arrives. 2+ years later... burnt cupboard. Not cool!

Hi @HisenseSA, please can you assist. We have been requesting a new oven seal for months from your service centre, and you never have stock. Costing us about R200 a month extra on electricity to use the oven and is is melting a kitchen cupboard. What must we do to get the stock?
