@GeekGirlLyssa I'm still grieving my perfect wooden handled silicone spatula I had in America before I moved back here. I have never found something as good since.
What did you look like in 2014?
Well, I dyed my hair dark to cosplay a Vulcan science officer for Halloween. π And I was in university, so concerts. Lots of concerts. π
@rollwthepunches theres also those who receive their meds in blister packs, because of the mixed materials it cant be recycled.
I wish there was a way to make them of one material thats fully recyclable.
Today was laundry day because its the first day in a week without rain, but I did have to rest and walk slower just going up my little hill to the washing line. A walk I've had no issues with even in a broken ankle moon boot.
officially "recovered" from covid, it wasn't a terrible illness for me, but I have also been doing a whole lot better immune system wise the past year or so.
that being said the fatigue, weakness and dizzyness are still hanging around. Could have triggered a flare or its covid
walked to a local takeaway resturaunt in my town to have dinner with kiddo lastnight, about a block, block and a halfs walk and it was hard. I was very tired when we got home. less than a month ago we did that walk and it was easy.
oh god, its been 24hrs since I was last here and suddenly my timeline is just huge piles of promoted tweets from companies I have no interest or reason to be interested in.
as someone who has been poor for a long time and not had space, I now have started a small container vegetable garden.
if you are not poor, do not tell people to "just grow your own vegetables" for cheaper food.
it has cost over $100 to set up and no guarantee they will grow
day 5 of covid, mostly just congestion now, glad I had all my vaxs and boosters because it made this mild
was able to convince kiddo to do a nasal swab test and he was negative.
@mssinenomine I budget my small income to fit the things that give us value of money and enjoyment. I may not be able to go out to movies etc, but I can spend $10 a mth for constant access to movies and tv shows
