For the last three days @amazonIN @amazon has been ping pong games with my order of @OnePlus_IN @oneplus 11R phone. No resolutions. No solutions. And no control over their delivery executives at all.

@AmazonHelp I am taking you to consumer court @jagograhakjago already has my complaints.
I put the order in exchange offer. And you took three days of it being at the delivery centre to realise that it was damaged? Do you take your consumers to be fools?

@AmazonHelp This happened yesterday itself. I was supposed to get a callback within two hours.
I was told this at 2 PM today. Still waiting on that call. It’s 8:30 PM now.

@amazonIN @amazon have not been able to deliver one phone for the last three days. And have been making me run around and no support from either their social media team or customer service.
They can’t even tell us our nearest hun so that we can pick up the order

Been trying to get my @oneplus phone delivered from @amazonIN - been unsuccessful, because
A) for 5 times there has been no call from the delivery executive yet a delivery attempt has been shown
B) we don’t get the delivery executive’s number to contact them

Absolutely pathetic and incompetent response from @amazon @amazonIN - who can’t even bothered by the fact that their delivery executives are clearly conducting fraudulent activities.
