do you know if our replacement camera has been shipped yet

I was led to believe that you’d ship the replacement as soon as the defective one was picked up

the defective camera is in China. But the replacement is nowhere to be seen

when I power it on, the LED just turns a green color.
even with an SD card and the .bin firmware file on the card

As a YT influencer, cameras are my life line
without them, there is no content

and buying a camera that dies after 3 months. is not worth owning

But I would still like it fixed, and ASAP please
or just send me a new 1
