Just watched Marcus Wareing on t v catch-up and noted he was encouraging much use of salt. Why do many celeb chefs not add that medical advice is too much salt encourages high blood pressure/strokes?

Does anyone else wonder, as I do, why so many celebrityy chefs insist on using 'handfuls' of salt when making a new dish. When we (an ordinary man or woman) are told regularly by heart consultants to strictly monitor our salt intake, as it is a major cause of heart problems!
