@MAMBarLife It comes from the information that i keep on my billing spreadsheet - it's on excel so then i can easily sort it by certain info (e.g. i make a note if it's CVP, or what kind of hearing it is)

1. They are going to rule in your favour
2. Nothing you can say will persuade them to rule in your favour
