@SoveyX Hate when people use this shot. It’s good detail (mitutoyo) and artistic but it’s wildly out of perspective. You can barely see the eyes, and the antenna are framed as if they were the eyes. This is a more accurate photo of an ants face.
@Laurensalt0025 Primerica one is funny. 20 year olds signing up for an endless payment. “I’ll get an iPad with three more sales”
Never got the iPad btw.
@Laurensalt0025 Looked more into it. From what I see they work with pyramid schemes to lobby for government protection etc, but are not directly selling the product. (Herbalife primerica etc)
It’s kind of crazy how Twitter has better picture compression than Instagram, the website made for sharing photos.
(Shown here is a bagrada bug, a species of shield bug native to South Africa.
They were first sited in California in 2008, becoming an invasive species)
@Laurensalt0025 I’ve moved on to better things… like spending too much time on deadlock.
10/10 game.
I’ll accept the delay on tepig since totodile is getting added. Good job timi.
China’s solar power plant in Dunhuang uses around 12,000 mirrors to focus sunlight onto a central tower, heating molten salt to extreme temperatures.
That heat is stored and used to generate electricity on demand, including after sunset.
@unashamedusa@kelliwardaz That’s good, they printed out free tickets for the next showing for us. Had to wait an hour but at least we didn’t get screwed out of the money.
Getting support for fandango is impossible
@unashamedusa@kelliwardaz Fandango will sell fake tickets. Happened to me the other day. Bought a month in advance and when we went to the theater they didn’t even play it at that time.
