2 jackass car & truck racing repeatedly through the DABR spewing black smoke. Almost hit a running pedestrian on first race through & they came back again & raced through. Keep all non boaters the FU*K out of the dabr permanently. Crikey, keep them out of the neighborhood!

@komonews There was also a law against after market car noise additions but I've yet to hear of anyone being fined for that?
And then there's the no parking 24hrs a day places that never get ticketed.
Let's stop passing laws that are never enforced. Spend your time fixing all that's broke.

@SeattleParks As long as you follow up with immediate closing of the don armeni boat ramp at the same time otherwise they just move on down to this end.
In fact, would be good if you remember it's a BOAT RAMP and curb access to non boaters 24/7 in that same time frame.
