@vanman234@RobbieRinder Yes I can appreciate that. My comments are more about the actual jury process itself (pls see the further 2 replies I added) and how some people like to force their viewpoint onto others.
@RobbieRinder That programme shone a light onto jury deliberations and I didn’t like what I saw.
I definitely don’t want juries to be abolished but judges need to direct them more strongly to hold their own opinions and to report bullying.
@RobbieRinder One loud-mouthed individual managed to bully two others from the opinions they’d held throughout the process over to the decision he’d made right at the start, without discussing any evidence. That worried me.
