@AverageHunter We charge 100.00 which includes all cuts, ground burger and sealed in food saver bags. We also do hot,sweet and breakfast sausage for 4.00 lb. By the time you add in your time and getting rid of the carcass and how much everything has gone up from pork, spices, bags and so on.

@Treestand_tweet As long as it takes us to hoist it up on the electric hoist. Skin it off and than debone it hanging and straight to cuts and grinder and than the freezer. We’ve never had any bad meat that way and it all taste great. I’ve had it aged and cut up immediately and both taste great!
@Tolltac We’re a processor and never mix meat up. We treat everyone’s deer/bear like it was ours. We vacuum seal it and have grinder bags for burger and sausage. I’m blessed that my dad taught me at a young age how to cut deer up and now I can pass that on!
