UPDATE: Officers investigating a report of a rape in Leazes Park have made an arrest.

On April 1 a woman reported she was raped by an unknown man at 6.30pm near the basketball/tennis courts.

Enquiries have been ongoing and yesterday we arrested a 34yo man.
