Slope is very important with lot grading. Always ensure water is moving away from the foundation. Please make sure to hire a company that has the lot grading going away from the home when installing a driveway.

Handrails and guardrails protect people. They avoid dangerous falls. When a handrail is loose, or in this case disconnected, the home owner needs to repair it before an accident happens!

A very easy fix but one that's gotta get done!

We have a lovely deck here, but we're missing some handrails. I love the slide though! My own kids would have loved this. But, safety is important! Get at least one side with a handrail.

Finding some possible mould in a basement near the waste lines is never a good sign. There will need to some invasive investigations here to determine the leak location and its time to get rid of the damaged drywall.

Gas appliances are a great feature to a home. Cleaning and staging is amazing for selling a home. Always make sure when you clean around and behind any gas appliance that you don't pull it out too far and it pulls and places stress on the gas connection.

Proper water management is very important. At this home, they have extended the downspouts. Great! But, not far enough! It still stops right at the foundation and then the lot grading is not taking the water away.
