Patients with clinical PD have 2, 3, 4, or more Neuropathological Diagnoses. Do we need to redefine the clinical diagnosis or redefine the Neuropathological classification? The classic proteinopathy model no longer work and our treatment/cure efforts will fail. @movedisorder
