Last count, as many as 15 laws were broken in West Hills, CA ER by ONE ER Nurse just to avoid documenting my sweet and amazing Mother's Pre Pneumonia and sudden onset of wheezing while she lay in her ER bed. Mom died at home two days later without ever being diagnosed.
