Accidentally deleted my disclaimer 🙄 but for new people, I don't believe every accuser is a liar, I don't believe every guilty person is innocent, but I certainly know that there are innocent people in jail and the Justice System needs to be held to accountable.
Is there anything worse than your own rapist getting engaged and moving on with their life but we can't because their family member falsely accused my partner? 🙄😤
@PrisonTechnolog Read the privacy policy etc of every website they use. I'm really upset that I didn't get round to saving some of my earlier emails. Please make this more prominent on your website to save us being upset we can't go back and reread them when we are low.
@PrisonTechnolog really sad that emails from 2020 in my account have been deleted. We're not notified and not in the FAQs, hadn't managed to save them all for memories and now missing 9 months of emails from this time in our relationship :( earliest I can go back is Jan 2021.
@PrisonTechnolog I can see it in the privacy policy now, but given the sensitive situation we find ourselves in with loved ones in prison, emails can be very sentimental. There should be a clearer notice or reminder on the account that they're going to be deleted. I don't know many people who....
I cannot understand why #r4today is providing a platform for family and friends of Ghislaine Maxwell to proclaim her innocence and undermine the jury’s verdicts.
Is this service to be made available to all convicted sex offenders?
Good to see #coronationstreet covering #falseallegations & showing just how they get out of control & destroy the lives of good, decent, caring, ppl.
#innocent ppl in #prison because “troubled” teenagers are believed
It’s so wrong…
@POPSFamilies What a waste of our time and lives listening to that every day 😂😂😂 Jesus as if we don't have enough to content with!! (I know it's not POPS' doing!)
@laylaplace Hideously insensitive. Anything for the staff to have another day of not doing their jobs. Everyone's well-being is important, but prisoners have felt it a lot worse since the pandemic!
If you had been burgled and had CCTV footage on your phone, would you withhold the phone? No. But in sex cases it's allowed and why is that? Because consent is a vague thing to prove. These girls know that any sexual text, nude, etc sent to the accused will raise questions.
All this chatter about victims being allowed to withhold their phones from investigations. I'd like to know how many women have refused their phone to be searched saying their privacy would be violated, even though their phone had solid evidence that proved their account.
I bet it's 0. Anyone that is raped and has proof on their phone whether it be a video, text, voicemail, GPS etc, would 100% pass it onto the police to prove their case. All this I'm being 'violated again' bullshit is their way of saying they're lying and don't want to get caught.
@josrz@VictimsComm Get to decide what is and what isn't valuable evidence. If you report a crime and want justice you should be prepared to cooperate in any way needed. Not to point the finger and then withhold potentially vital evidence but still expect prosecution based on words alone. 2/2
@josrz@VictimsComm The accused don't have a choice in the matter of phones being searched. Partners of the accused have their privacy invaded without any say. However the accused would be grateful for the search if they have nothing to hide or it will prove innocence. But the accuser should not 1/2
@VictimsComm Also, if an investigation needs to be done it needs to be done. As a rape victim myself, I was prepared to put everything on the table phone included, to get justice. Yet, the reality is that the accusers either can't go without their phone for a bit or have something to hide.
@VictimsComm If it's disproportionate why take the accused's phone then? That invades their privacy too does it not? If you need the accused's phone you will need the accuser's. You only protect females, you don't protect males in the same way. You're corruptly 1 sided and full of 💩
@VictimsComm@VictimSupport@MoJGovUK@CommissionerDA Funny, you don't 'understand' victims of false accusations do you? I guess this doesn't apply to everyone hey? Also LOVE how MONETARY COMPENSATION is in the top half of this list, ABOVE making the statement and getting information on the case. You're just recruiting liars for 💰
