8月26日，尼泊尔—西藏边境高山冰川崩塌，冰石冲进河道，形成堰塞再溃决，下游瞬间被冲掉。死亡人数已升到近八百，失踪仍以千计，水电站、边境口岸、隧道里的工人都在里面。官方口径是自然灾害：冰川垮了。切拉尼的观点是：上游十年扩建堤坝、河岸工程、水电，可能把一场天灾放大成连锁灾难——上游动土，下游买单。

第二件，他还没垮、但规模更大的那个
中共在西藏墨脱一带、雅鲁藏布江（下游就是印度的布拉马普特拉河）上修世界最大水电站，装机远超三峡，紧贴中印边境。工程包在机密里，工地就在喜马拉雅地震带上。今年6月，中共自己系统里的地质论文已经警告：场地结构松散、凝聚力差，断层一动或地震一来，库岸和基础设施都可能大面积失稳。巨大水库本身还会加重地质应力，有诱发地震的风险。下游是印度东北和地势极低的孟加拉国。切拉尼把它叫做“水炸弹”。

喜马拉雅不是平原。在全球最危险的地震带上盖超级水库，不是“绿色能源”，是把几百万人的命绑在一座不透明的坝上。

中共的眼里只有发展经济，它不管其他人的死活，可怕的共产主义。

今天跟佳佳、Ava、如水、文康一起去
探望了七哥。车程大约一个半小时，我们几个人8点左右到达了Danbury。车开进去是一个上坡，往前走就能看到营地（Camp），再往里走就是停车场。今天蓝天阳光明媚，四面都是绿地，可以看到一些鹅在那里休息。
我们把车停下来，进入到会见的入口，右手门内已经有大概十几个人在那里等待了。我们填写了表格，等了大概有半小时左右，他就大声地喊：“高（GUO）！”我们五个人通过安检，再往里走，过了两道门，手腕儿上盖了章。
进门以后，整个接待区和监视室是一个长方形的房间，里面有一些矮的���高座位，有点像儿童座椅。5张椅子排成一排，中间是一个小方桌，对面一个椅子���给七哥。这时候，其余三人去买东西，我和如水就在那里聊天。我俩坐着时，面前突然出现了一个人影站在我们面前。我们抬头一看，是七哥笑着在看着我们。在自动售卖机右侧的长廊里，七哥走出来，我们竟然都没有发现。
大家都高兴地跟七哥拥抱，七哥健壮挺拔，精神很好，戴白框的圆眼镜，穿着一身卡其色的衣服，里边能看到灰色的保暖衣服，脚上穿了厚袜子和棕色皮质靴子。
我坐下来之后开始聊到很多，除了工作的话题以外，还有宗教、神学、佛道、命理，国内外重大事件，未来的科技趋势，当然也包括他从MDC转走一直到丹伯里这一路惊险、传奇、震撼的经历和这件事情造成的巨大震动。
我们一口气就聊了5个小时，一直聊到了快两点。这之间，七哥更多的时间是跟我们讲话，有时是认真地听我们讲，眼神如炬，时不时耳朵会凑过来。中间还起身有两次例行点数。因为室内人很多，所有的座位几乎都坐满，人声比较嘈杂，七哥让我们围过来，五个人坐成了一个圈。这期间他吃了三盒酸奶，喝了一瓶矿泉水，后来我们走后听说他把我们买的三明治也都吃了。
临别的时候，他跟我们所有人都起身拥抱。他回头指了指说，你们走出去我能看见你们。他站立着，看着我们往外走。我像第一次探望他时一样，倒退着跟他双手合十、摆手，他也双手合十跟我们告别。在退出了第一道门，又退出了第二道门后，透过中间的小窗户看到七哥还在那里，他微笑着弯下腰挥着手，想最后再看看我们。

战友们好！今天终于见到爸爸了！

自上次七月初在MDC见到爸爸后，今天和妈妈第一次在FCI Danbury见到爸爸。新的地点离我们约50分钟路程，到达非常顺利。Danbury自然环境很好，空气清新。进去见到爸爸的过程也很顺畅。相对于MDC，探视区更加轻松，探视家属很多，贩卖机里的食物品种也很多。

约十几分钟后，爸爸就走进来了。爸爸晒黑了很多，依然很壮，白头发比上次见面多了一些。见到妈妈红着的眼圈，爸爸抱了妈妈很久。爸爸妈妈开始聊天后，我去给爸爸买了三个法式面包三明治。爸爸不想吃甜的，我又买了爆米花、花生米和水。

爸爸讲了很多这一个多月发生的事情，等他回家了，会跟战友们慢慢讲来。这个过程中，我和妈妈几乎一直屏住呼吸，心情复杂，担心、惊险、佩服爸爸！爸爸的坚强和乐观让他在最难的路上一步步走过来。

他拿着三明治笑着跟我们说：“里面可美了，花园整得很干净，还有向日葵、花。”又翘起他的脚给我们看他的新靴子，可爱地说：“我不太喜欢这颜色，我想要个黑色的。”爸爸说着，我们笑着，心里又酸又暖。

中间我又去给爸爸买了他一直喜欢的香草酸奶。爸爸吃了一口后，感叹地说：“哎呀，这个好，三年了第一次喝到酸奶！”我们把里面最后两瓶也都买了，爸爸今天吃了三个香草酸奶。

爸爸提到，他到这里后收到了许许多多战友们的信。他非常感动，每天都看战友们真诚的信件。战友们的惦念，爸爸收到了。谢谢战友们！

Danbury的规定是每周有三天探视时间，并且可以从早上八点到下午两点四十五分。可以多见到爸爸，开心！

临走前，爸爸妈妈又相拥了许久。不舍和担心，还有深深的爱。

明天有战友们去看爸爸，爸爸非常期待💙

爸爸状态很好，新地点有阳光、有绿草地，更安全，吃得也更好。请战友们放心！

期待和爸爸下次的见面。
