#SILVER is printing an inside range candle today within yesterday’s bullish continuation candle, reflecting hesitation as price tests descending channel resistance.

Rather than building on yesterday’s strength, bulls are encountering renewed selling pressure and have so far failed to generate the momentum needed to break above the channel.

This reinforces the view that sellers continue to control rallies within the broader downtrend.

Silver remains trapped in a falling wedge, and it is still trading below key moving averages, keeping the overall technical structure bearish.

At this stage, there is little to suggest a sustainable trend reversal. From a technical perspective, there has been no reason to be bullish on silver until price can invalidate the descending channel with a confirmed breakout and begin reclaiming key resistance levels.

I want to take you back to a statement that Rahul Gandhi made about a senior leader from Maharashtra who came to meet Sonia Gandhi and cried, that he has to leave Congress or else he will have to go to jail.

The leader later denied that he was not the person who Rahul Gandhi was talking about, but he did switch to BJP and also got a membership to Rajya Sabha in return. This man was once the Chief Minister of Maharashtra and his name had cropped up in the Adarsh Scam, a scam that Modi used to talk about, saying that Congress did not even spare the martyrs of Kargil.

Now the main accused of Adarsh Scam is in BJP.

And I want to remind you of an incident that happened even earlier than this.

Aditya Thackeray narrated a similar story about Eknath Shinde, that Eknath Shinde came to Uddhav Thackeray and cried that he has to quit Shiv Sena or else he will be sent to jail.

The two narratives are eerily similar and I am sure other party heads where their members have quit and joined BJP would have similar stories to tell.

The point I am trying to make here is that those who are using black mail as an instrument of breaking parties and increasing their own strengths are being looked upon as astute politicians and strategist.

In reality, they are nothing but criminals who black mail the vulnerable or put the vulnerable in places where they can be manipulated and their illegal actions can get the sanctity of those institutions.

Take the case of Ranjan Gogoi or that of current CJI who has a past sullied with illegal property transactions and you will understand how this criminal duo operates.

To send a message to the judiciary, they did away with Judge Loya, telling all and sundry that they can do just about anything to stay in power.

By arresting and incarcerating people like Sanjiv Bhatt and many other IAS / IPS officers, they have sent a message to the executive that they can screw anyone they want.

These are not leaders, they are hardcore criminals.

And the day people are able to throw the fear of these white collar criminals out of their minds, that day India will be free, once again.

Every two weeks, he draws a new trendline to justify the current price action. When that trendline breaks, he simply switches to another timeframe and draws a new one.
Eventually, gold will reverse.

Our Electoral democracy is compromised in multiple ways:
A lapdog ECI which is selectively removing & adding voters thru a corrupt & non-Transparent SIR.
EVMs which increasingly seem manipulated & ECI refusing to give source code of software in them.
Not counting VVPAT slips.
ECI not putting out voting figures of Form 17C in public domain.
Increasing the Votes declared after polls in next few days before counting.
Not providing CCTV footage of queues outside polling booths.
Arbitrarily rejecting nominations of opposition candidates.
Selectively enforcing model code of conduct only against opposition candidates.

Unfortunately, the Courts, particularly the SC is playing along with the govt & ECI in this throttling of democracy.
Judges should remember that going along with the govt in throttling democracy may secure them a promotion & post retirement jobs, but is creating increasing distrust & anger against them. They will go out in ignominy & will be insulted in public & by posterity. This is exactly what happened to judges who failed to protect democracy & rights in the past. On the other hand, judges who stood up are revered & worshipped. See Justice Khanna & Justice Krishna Iyer as some shining examples
