EFF leader Julius Malema says the Western Cape High Court has “no jurisdiction” to stop the impeachment inquiry into President Cyril Ramaphosa, insisting only the Constitutional Court can deal with it and that the process must continue without interruption.
President @Julius_S_Malema EFF members and Tshwane residents, this is the state in which we left the Union Buildings this morning. After a night shift cleaning alongside Tshwane Municipal workers and EFF Student Command volunteers, we can proudly report that the Union Buildings is clean and everything is in order following a very successful EFF June 16 Rally. #EFFInGovernment
We are very humbled by the trust that the people of Ward 11 have in us.
It humbling to realise that the little efforts we make to better the lives of our people do not go unnoticed.
Today we have been renominated to represent the organisation in the poles going to the LGEs.🙏
Commander In Chief @Julius_S_Malema was correct to say that the Founders of the EFF are the People of Marikana. Gogo is still wearing the now torn 13 years old EFF T-Shirt she received in Marikana. She deserves a seat in the VIP when the #EFFTurns13 🙏
Former President Nelson Mandela is the only former President who was not politically attended to by Julius Malema.
Thabo Mbeki- ANC 2007 Polokwane Conference
Jacob Zuma - Nkandla and Early Resignation From Office
Cyril Ramaphosa - Phala Phala Saga.
History will remember him as an influencial and important figure in our democracy.🔥

Many have tried to write his obituary.
Many have tried to silence him.
Many have tried to vilify him, misquote him, isolate him, arrest him, and bury his name, yet he keeps on rising.
The slayer of State Presidents and Constitutional delinquents.
Love him. Hate him. But, you cannot ignore him. You can never write him off.
Like the Oak tree, he withstands every season, heat, cold, wind, and poor soil.
Ladies and gentlemen, people of Southern Africa, the continent, the Global South and the Global Community.
We present to you, CIC Julius Sello Malema.
♦️Breaking News♦️
The legal representatives of the EFF and its leader, Julius Sello Malema, have lodged a formal complaint against prosecutor Adv Joel Sesar with the National Director of Public Prosecutions over misconduct in the East London firearm case.
Adv Sesar violated Section 34 of the Criminal Procedure Act by unlawfully authorising the return of a firearm before a court order was issued, acting ultra vires and exceeding his authority as an officer of the court.
He breached the National Prosecuting Authority Act and the NPA Code of Conduct, raising concerns of prosecutorial overreach, misrepresentation to the court, and interference with the proper administration of justice.
