Anyways, the counselor taught me that anger is just a secondary emotion. It is what we do with grief and sadness when we can no longer control it

The drugs got decision was prior to the civil War quite a bit. Actually the civil Rights bill didn't get passed until 1965
The 13th amendment was passed in 1865 just prior to the war ending. The 14th amendment was passed in 1866 just after the war ending and the 15th amendment was passed. I think about 4 or 5 years later it was during Ulysses s Grant
