Indian Air Force 737-700BBJ was at Delaware Coastal (GED) where ALOFT AeroArchitect are based. They are a Boeing authorized service center that does VIP mods, long range auxiliary fuel tanks/systems, mx, inspections and upgrades. Headed back home via BCN.

Croatia Airlines A220 Aborts Takeoff at Split Airport

A Croatia Airlines Airbus A220-300 veered off the runway and onto the grass during an aborted takeoff at Split Airport in Croatia.

The aircraft reportedly sustained damage after striking a marker board and several runway edge lights.

All passengers and crew were safely evacuated, and no injuries have been reported.

FedEx McDonnell Douglas MD-11F has completed its first flight since the grounding of the aircraft type in November.

The test flight from/to Memphis FX9045 lasted over one hour.

Last week, FedEx informed flight operations, maintenance, and air safety staff of its intention to progressively bring MD-11s back into commercial service, starting with two planes near the end of May, subject to FAA approval of Boeing's corrective measures. Internal memos also indicated that MD-11 pilots must undergo a three-day refresher training course.

It’s been a crazy 72 hours. We’re currently representing 4 possibly 5 of the ~ dozen lessors that own #Spirit metal.

Since being activated on Friday at 6PM, we’ve deployed 20 pilots to 5 cities. It’s VERY complicated.

Just gaining access is a battle fought on zoom calls and WhatsApp channels.
