@Delta on flight 2184 from lga to ord. please tell your gate agents to make up their minds about how many bags to carry on. I’m in business class, carrying two carry-ons, and a wallet that slung around me. I was told to stand off to the side and consolidate.

@Delta just got off flight from memphis to atlanta and tried to check in the lounge by b18. The man scanning boarding passes waved me through and told me to line up to be seen by an actual person and not just scan in one of those machines. Lined up for 15 minutes. Traveling with
Service dog. And neither one of these people knew what to do? I simply needed to be checked in. Nothing special and yet I had a to wait there because of their ineptitude. Can you train your people to deal with persons with disability properly, please?
