39-year-old announces retirement because of a shoulder issue. Tells Danish TV2: "I have consulted several different surgeons and experts regarding my shoulder, and they have said that I should not expect to be able to return to elite football. I've thought a lot, but I think it's the right time (to retire).”

With the #Leicester recent announcement of the list of players to be released at the end of this season, #LCFC has now released players who together cost the club £254 million (excluding salaries).
