@polgarareturns I found cutting out foods which made me ill, so to do this wrote down a food diary, then worked out what was possibly the causes. Then started cutting them out for a month, then trying them and seeing if it made me ill. Also found too much garlic wasn’t good for me .
@polgarareturns The one I did was. me I was allergic to oranges, peanuts, hazelnuts & cashews. Yet I could eat them all day long, no issues.
I found my main intolerance was certain dairy products. Fine with milk in small qtys, but to much of certain cheeses on say pizza or pasta I was ill.

After work I often play on my Xbox for half an hour as it’s so abstract from work it helps me switch off.

Imagine your parents working all there life, leaving you a little inheritance payout, for it to then put you over the tax free threshold, thus losing the £12.5k tax free allowance to be told 2yrs later you owe @HMRCgovuk an extra ~£4K after already paying £35k tax on it! 🤬😡🤯
