@Allodoxaa I agree in that I think people in this discourse are dunking too much on those who watch playthroughs; there's certainly some unique & meaningful engagement they have there.
My issue is when they claim to be a fan by dismissing what makes a game a game/pass it off as equivalent

@boreddeleuzian Yeah this is EXACTLY what made me give up on college twice and every living day i fear it'll happen again a third time. The meds don't alleviate it either but I increasingly motivate myself to put through it so that I'm not a menial minimum wage slave for the rest of my life :/

@Husvero Oh i love lies of P gameplay but the story in that game is actually awful lol. DLC offers the best content though for sure because some of the main game bosses and ESPECIALLY areas do offer a bit to be desired

I don't actively think this to be true, but due to how much I fear death, I do have a lot of hope/faith in reincarnation. Consciousness is already a mystery so I don't think it's actively impossible for reincarnation to be true, and hope in that really lets me sleep at night.
