hey @Roblox hi hello i was wondering if you have any sort of non-AI support that can be contacted about mismoderated perma-bans?

my younger sister, who has never done anything against the rules and had an account in perfect standing, has suddenly been banned with 0 warning because there is apparently a duplicate account that has received a ban. she does not recognise the account or the 2 letters of the username visible in the ban notification. she has never had another roblox account, she has had this account for years and has spent hundreds of pounds of savings, christmas and birthday money on it over the years. she has a lot of irreplaceable limited items and she’s very clearly getting depressed she can’t play with her school friends any more now like she has every single day for years. the ban reason just says “other”.

she has tried filling out 2 ban appeals and even submitted her ID when asked because this account means the world to her. these appeals have just been automatically rejected with no explanation. how can we talk to a real person about this?

i haven’t included the username for her privacy on my public social media account but please dm me or let me know how i can help her to get her account back.
