@Ricky3136@mike_daddino He shot 38% in 4th quarter and overtime in this 7 game series. For the supposed best player in the league, that’s awful. Especially when he won “clutch player of the year”.
@A4MU_77@omgitsbirdman What was the sample size?
Now let’s do a multi year sample size and see where it ends up. For example, during his MVP level tenure over 6 years…I think they’re winning something like 30% of their games without him?
@Huncho_Jman One Nugget alone has more rings and MVPs as the Wolves franchise though…in the last 5 years alone 😭
Going 2-1 in the playoffs is definitely a rivalry…if it was 3-0 then it’s another story.
By his logic, the Lakers Celtics (who met 3x in 4 years in 80s) wasn’t a rivalry…
@BearsShowYo He got shoved, he shoved back, Clark flopped, and then two players shoved Jokic.
You can blame him for the McDaniels incident since he instigated that, but Clark shoving Jokic in the back after a foul? That’s just a response…
@Jumpshot8 Murray (max player btw):
Third worst 3P% (.262) in NBA history with 7+ 3PA/G in any playoff run.
Third worst FG% (.357) since the NBA/ABA merger with 20+ FGA/G in any playoff run
That is historically bad offensively, and his defense wasn’t any better.
@Rkou17@BTownGrows It was sarcasm 😁 It was highlighting that Russ didn’t do it nearly on Jokic’s level.
Russ: 50%, Jokic: 67%
Russ: 2.2 contested boards a game, Jokic: League leading 6.5 last I checked
