@MeeraCJoshi FINALLY!! We need immediate enforcement of Single Occupant Vehicles in the Gowanus HOV that cause massive delays. Also please leave both HOV lanes open on tunnel approach, keep the buses from getting stuck behind the SOVs @si_express @bus_group

HOV lane needs continued enforcement to address violators. Also a huge part of commuting via express bus is addressing the massive delays caused by single occupant vehicles in the Gowanus HOV and lane reduction on the tunnel approach
