@joachimA328754@Cyn1c4lsk1n_@HeWhoGazes Caesar is like Joseph's clackers; a stylish yet ineffective accesory whose only contributions to the story are landing a non-lethal attack on Wamuu and dying.
@joachimA328754@HeWhoGazes I feel like Will fulfilled his role as a mentor better than Caesar did as a partner. He felt more like a spectator of the story than a participant until his fight with Wamuu.
@shabba_de_bop@ladygeistpitjob I'd argue that him coming forward with it before now would run the same risk of accidentally hurting the victim as the current situation does. It's lose-lose
@moe9times I don't like the potentially drastic stat difference between a fed player and an unfed player.
The idea of a fight being unwinnable due to the opponent having bigger numbers sucks, especially if they got fed from a teammate's poor play.
@FIGGYsiggy@Meshi_Foe_Nick@DigiFoxboy It's debatable. Elves, halflings, gnomes, and dwarves are all technically "human" within the western hemisphere of DM's world. What we would recognize as human is referred to as a "Tallman."
@ArkTuah Given how Iguin had no way of knowing Qifrey would pull Coco out of harm's way, it's possible that she was the true target of the spellbook, with the intent to spur her mom back into action in order to save her.
@Meelsie143 Remember Nazeem, the supposedly rich guy who loves hanging out by the palace, never enters the palace and sleeps in the attic of the local Cabela's?
@p1nkch4n It does at least differentiate him more from Angelo. I personally wish DiU went more into why these disappearances never made much of a stir despite how many there were.
@foxwetsitstail I always read it as Hinako demonizing her own femininity because it only ever seemed to matter in relation to men. This ending was her living with that part of herself but free from its patriarchal shackles.
@ElpheltValent I saw someone analyze both her designs and they came to the interesting conclusion that Old Baiken was androgynous by virtue of being neither too masc or too fem. New Baiken is androgynous by hitting both extremes so hard that she still averages out to the same place.
@ryoumensukna It's partially Takaba's doing. Comedian will compel people to act or think a certain way to complete a joke if necessary. We see it happen again when Kenjaku is impressed with Takaba's bow posture. Kenjaku realizes the line isn't something he would think halfway through saying it
