@Danimalish@Cinemamysoul The thing about people complaining about him casting a black woman as Helen is they clearly don’t know Nolan. He should have the benefit of everyone as he always has particular reasons as to why he does something or picks someone. It’s certainly not because of race.
It frustrates me beyond belief that audiences failed to show up for Masters of the Universe and Dungeons and Dragons because both deserve proper sequels we’ll probably never get 😞

about to see BACKROOMS and I dunno, it actually makes me hopeful that two of the buzziest movies of the year are made by guys in their 20s with different life experiences and frames of reference but are still passionate about making films in their own voice
