As the Parliament of Uganda honors the fallen Speaker Jacob L Oulanyah, RT Hon Emeritus Kadaga Rebecca says that he spearheaded the Copyright Law enactment and will be proud if this Parliament pushes for its enforcement. Thanks Rt. Hon Kadaga for that Creative community voice.
