@XfinitySupport I've never been taken advantage of more in my entire life. Comcast is doing illegal things and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone without paying them more money. They canceled my account when they found out I was due a $700+ refund for stuff they added without my approval

@XfinitySupport NEVEr use comcast. They will add things to your bill randomly and NEVER give you a refund. Try using customer support, Those jerks will just randomly transfer you to another random potato brain as soon as they don't feel like talking anymore.
