Hi. I have been having an issue with my Home Pro Charger for the past week. I have tried power cycling multiple times and have sent Ohme photos of the charger and other photos that Ohme requested but I have not heard anything back. I'm currently waiting to connect to an
Agent but Noone is no luck. Can you please help? I really need to get this sorted. The charger is faulty and I need an engineer to have a look at it. I'm with Motability and I'm not sure how to get this sorted and it is making very anxious.
